John Tropea of Library Clips comes closest I’ve seen to my everybuddy manifesto.
Which is to say, after all the dust settles, we won’t need web pages anymore. Just conversation. The web will disintermediate itself.

Matt that’s fascinating stuff. I particularly like the passage -
“The web will have become so important and so empowering to person to person and group to group communication that it will cease to be another place where we go. We will always be there.”
That resonates with me because I think it has profound ramifications. Great thinking!
